Return Policy

We'll gladly return any regular priced garments or shoes for a full refund within 14 days. Returns must be unwashed and unworn, accompanied with their original tags/packaging attached and the receipt.

Final Sale Items Include:
Tights, undergarments, jewellery, hair accessories, clearance items, gift cards, and special orders.

Clearance Items:
Clearance Items are considered any items with a "clearance" price sticker that is $19.99 or less. These items are final sale and the tags need to be removed when purchased at the cash after telling the customer the item is final sale. Items that are $20 or more with a "clearance" price sticker will fall under our regular return policy.

For Pointe Shoe:
Pointe shoes may be exchanged within 21 days of purchase for another pair of Pointe Shoes, or may be returned for a full refund minus a $25.00 fitting fee. Shoes must be unworn, without ribbons or elastics sewn on, in the original packaging with the receipt. The fitting fee will be refunded if another pair of pointe shoes is purchased within 30 days from the date of the return.
 

Special Orders

If there is an item you are looking for that we do not carry we will be happy to bring it in for you as a special order. Please note that all special orders are a final sale, there is no exchange or store credit, and all special order items must be paid in full before the order will be placed.

Phone Orders

We are happy to ship out orders anywhere in Canada and orders can be placed over the phone. We ship all orders by Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling costs will vary based on order size, however the minimum shipping and handling charge is $10.

Phone Payment

If you need to pay for items over the phone in order to have someone else pick them up, we are happy to process these orders. Please note, however, that there will be a $1 service charge for this service to cover higher processing fees.
