Return Policy

Please note we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, however we will gladly issue a store credit or provide a store exchange on unworn product* within 21 days with your receipt, tags, and packaging intact. Shoes must not show wear and be in original packaging or box. Store credits are good for 1 year and are kept on file if a customer profile is set up. All magazines and clearance items are final sale. 

*Please note that due to health and safety regulations some items are final sale including tights, undergarments, hair products, and make-up

Special Orders

If there is an item you are looking for that we do not carry we will be happy to bring it in for you as a special order. Please note that all special orders are a final sale, there is no exchange or store credit, and all special order items must be paid in full before the order will be placed.

Phone Orders

We are happy to ship out orders anywhere in Canada and orders can be placed over the phone. We ship all orders by Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling costs will vary based on order size, however the minimum shipping and handling charge is $10.

Phone Payment

If you need to pay for items over the phone in order to have someone else pick them up, we are happy to process these orders. Please note, however, that there will be a $1 service charge for this service to cover higher processing fees.
