IN-STORE PICKUP: Free in-store pickup is available on all online orders. Please ensure you have received a pickup notification before heading to the store to ensure your order is ready. 

CANADIAN SHIPPING: We ship using Canada Post Expedited Shipping at a $15.00 flat rate for orders within Ontario which includes insurance and tracking. Tracking information will be emailed once order is processed. Please note orders placed outside of Ontario are also expedited shipping but cost will vary.

ALL OTHER SHIPPING: At this time we do not offer US or International Shipping options online. Please call the store to get further information on shipping outside of Canada. We ship using Canada Post Expedited Shipping which includes insurance and tracking. 

PROCESSING: Shipping time does not include processing. Processing time is usually 1-2 business days, we do not process online orders on the weekend. We do our very best to process your order as quickly as possible and try to get all orders out same day.
